Space Assignment

Table Tops will be assigned based on the receipt of IPPCA members first and then Non-Members will be assigned no later than two weeks before show time. All exhibitors will be notified by email as to table top assignments’. .

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Downpayment of 25% is due by October 1, 2009. Balance to be paid in full by October 15, 2009. Any exhibitor not complying with the specified payment date forfeits all rights, claims and reservation(s) to the table top(s). CANCELLATIONS: In the event an exhibitor finds it necessary to cancel its participation in INFO TANZA™ written notice must be received by IPPCA Office prior to October 15, 2009. You will receive your refund less a 10% cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER October 15, 2009. Register to Exhibit
