- Must be a member of IPPCA in good standing.
- Must have a membership level of at least Approved Contractor or Certified Professional Pond Contractor.
- Must have at least 5 Customer Satisfaction Online Rating Forms of new pond/ rebuild level or equivalent service call submitted from the previous year.
- Must be in attendance at INFO TANZA™ to win the award.
- All Customer Satisfaction Online Rating Forms submitted for a contractor during the previous year will be used to calculate the average score.
- All forms rated new pond or rebuild of pond and or waterfall will be of equal value where as the ones rated service call or maintenance will have a value of 20% of new pond or rebuild forms.
- The average will be determined by adding up the average score of all submitted forms and divided by the total number of forms submitted.
- The highest average score will be the winner.
- In the event of a tie the contractor with the higher number of forms submitted with new pond being one and service call being .2 of one will be the winner. If the tie breaker does not determine a winner then the award will be split between the contractors with the highest average score and the highest number of rating forms.
